Schnell Gebacken!

Barbaras BuchweizenBrot

Glutenfrei, weizenfrei, laktosefrei, milchfrei, eifrei und ohne Zusatzstoffe!

500 g Buchweizen-Vollkornmehl 

Backhefe (1 Säckchen)

Brotgewürz (1 Säckchen)

450 ml Wasser

2 TL Salz

 

Alle Zutaten (Zimmertemperatur) mit dem Mixer (oder Knethaken) vermischen,

45 Minuten rasten lassen,

in einer Brotform 60 Min. bei 200 Grad (Ober-und Unterhitze) backen, dann noch 10 Min. bei 100 Grad.

Fertig!

 


Dieses Brot geht wirklich ganz einfach zu backen und die Zutaten sind bei DM erhältlich.  Macht Spaß und ideal für alle, die auf die Inhaltsstoffe besonders achten müssen oder wollen. Für Mehl, Hefe und Gewürz habe ich € 3,20 ausgegeben. Für ein glutenfreies Brot ein guter Preis! (BS)
